The STUPID SMALL STEPS CLUB is built on a different foundation: my flexible, 5-ish-step framework for changing behavior using stupid small steps. There’s no reliance on willpower or discipline. It's about building relationship with all four layers of self — physical, mental, emotional, and desirous/behavioral. The whole philosophy revolves around radical approval of reality, inverting the classic approach of forcing fantasy to overlay reality.
Inside SSSC, we explore:

Failed attempts aren’t evidence of broken or badness — each is just another data point on the map of figuring out your specific system.I make no promises of ecstasy and complete metamorphosis. My aim is for SSSC members to feel content, relatively at peace, that exhale of "ahhhh", to feel they can legitimately float through life some of the time. I want you to feel the comfort and support of knowing your next steps, of not feeling lost or stuck or overwhelmed or desperate or doomed.(And if getting into that mode of being happens to grease your path towards ecstasy and complete metamorphosis…oops? Shame on me?)

We use weekly prompts to explore our stupid small steps, celebrate wins (and bonus reps), troubleshoot when we're stuck, and share what we're learning about ourselves.🌀Twice-monthly body doubling / co-working calls because sometimes you just need someone else in the (virtual) room to help you do the thing. Those tasks that keep getting shuffled around your planner, because there’s no particular pressure or motivation to finally do them? Here ya go. From making a medical appointments to sinking into a meditation you keep planning to explore, these calls can help.🌀Twice-monthly group check-ins, advice, & discussion. During the second week of each month, the group check-in takes place text-only on the forum (available to everyone). During the fourth week of each month, there’s a Zoom call group check-in (for mid-tier members & above).🌀A resource library filled with a plethora of recommendations, if and only if you’re seeking more information.🌀Video lessons with transcripts where I break down the frameworks and practices that support this philosophy of self-exploration and behavior change.
